Who we are
The operator of telecomsecurityact.com is CyPro Ltd, a cyber security consultancy registered in the UK, which serves as the data controller for personal data gathered through these pages.
What we collect and why
When you submit the enquiry form or book a discovery call, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, phone number and message. Those details serve two jobs only: getting you a reply, and scoping or delivering work you subsequently ask for. No marketing list sees them without your explicit opt-in, and no third party buys them, ever.
Cookies
Out of the box, this site is cookie-free. If an analytics banner is present, its cookies stay dormant until you actively accept, and even then they do nothing except help us understand which pages earn their keep.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile shields the enquiry form from automated abuse, running a quiet check when you press send. Telling humans apart from scripts can involve technical signals such as IP address and browser characteristics, processed under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum governs that processing.
How long we keep enquiry data
Enquiry details stay with us for as long as the conversation, or any engagement it leads to, genuinely requires. After that they are removed in line with CyPro Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold, require corrections or deletion, and object to or limit its processing. Raise any of these through the contact page and will be handled promptly.
